Marketplace terms

AdsPals is a marketplace that connects advertisers with creators who rent out advertising space on their own social profiles. We are not the publisher of the advertising and we are not an advertising agency.

What you are buying

A booking is one placement: a single post published to one creator’s X account, which stays up for 7 days. Where the booking is for a pinned post, it also stays pinned to the top of their profile for that period. Nothing else is included. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, engagement or outcomes of any kind.

Your post

• You are responsible for what your post says and for anything it links to.
• Your post must follow our advertising rules and X’s own rules.
• We add the required advertising disclosure automatically. You may not ask a creator to remove it.
• Once you have paid, the post cannot be edited. The creator can only accept it or decline it.

Creator approval

Creators are free to decline any booking for any reason. A decline is not a failure on your part, and the post price always comes back. The booking fee does not: it pays for taking the payment and moving the money, and that happened either way.

Money

Payments are processed by Stripe. AdsPals holds the payment for the duration of the booking and releases the creator’s share only after the placement has been served. Our fee is 20% or 15% of the booking value, depending on the creator’s choice, and is included in the price you see.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: if the post is not accepted and pinned, you do not pay.

Suspension

We may cancel a booking, remove a listing or suspend an account where we believe these terms or the advertising rules have been broken. Where we cancel a paid booking, we refund it.

Liability

Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
